The lives of Yummy's family and friends are about to be turned upside down the moment rich realtor Rex (Ray PJ Abellana) and his nephew Cedrick (Kristoffer Martin) arrive in Valenciana. Yummy now finds herself the object of Cedrick's attention, making her heart flutter in a way that is new to her. Finally, she asks herself: "Is this love?"
