Folk Hero & Funny Guy
At first glance, this comedy for the Millennial set seems to hit on a couple of familiar tropes. On the one hand, it's a road movie. But it's also a buddy flick, matching two mismatched friends heading in opposite directions when it comes to romance and careers. And, too, it appears a thoughtful exploration of what it means to (re)define personal success. I'm excited to see Alex Karpovsky and Wyatt Russell share screen time ... in addition to all the funny and occasionally uncomfortable moments that are sure to arise. —Bret
