Gwenda Marsh's script writing career in the Australian television industry began in the early 1970s through Crawford Productions. She was a senior editor and scriptwriter for such shows as Division Four, Matlock Police. She later contributed writing episodes for the Matlock Police spin-off, Solo One and Bluey. She also wrote for A Country Practice, Five Mile Creek, The Flying Doctors and Prisoners among other shows. She was one of the top scriptwriters in the 20th Century for Australian Television.
