We recently learned that Superman & Lois will return for its fourth and final season a little sooner than expected on October 7 and The CW has just shared the official descriptions for the two-part premiere.
The first is titled "The End & The Beginning" and teases, "Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) is locked in a brutal battle with Luthor’s monster; Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) and the boys race against time to save General Lane (Dylan Walsh). Gregory Smith directed the episode written by Brent Fletcher & Todd Helbing."
The second episode is going to be called "A World Without" but this synopsis understandably offers no real insights into the outcome of the Man of Steel's battle with Doomsday.
However, it sounds like Lex Luthor is still on the loose and about to enact his twisted plan for Smallville. "Lana (Emmanuelle Chriqui) and Sarah (Inde Navarrette) join the fight against Luthor (Michael Cudlitz), who starts making moves in Smallville.

Director Andrew Saullo has just dropped the second Resident Evil cast reunion. And this time, Charlie Kraslavsky, Greg Smith and Eric Pirius are joined by the surprise addition of Rebecca Chambers’ actress, known as Linda! The quartet were joined by Saullo, as well as Residence of Evil founder JJ Trulock to discuss (what else?) their experience with Resident Evil, as well as some behind-the-scenes info on the shoot for the cutscenes.
Regarding the shoot for the cutscenes, Linda said that the experience “left a really big impact” on her at the time. “It was a big day. It was a wild shoot and it was very different than anything else that I had been doing in Japan at the time when I was modelling.” Still, Linda did remember her fellow actors, though she admitted that they all “looked a little bit different” at the time, including herself. “I remember for the shoot,...

After a successful launch of The Keeper’s Diary: A Biohazard Story, director Andrew Saullo has another treat in store for Resident Evil fans with another cast reunion video. This time, however, he’s upped the ante.
Originally reuniting portions of the cast from the live-action cutscenes from the original Resident Evil a few years back, Saullo dropped the news via the Residence of Evil X account that a second cast reunion video would be on the way for July 30th. Charlie Kraslavsky, Greg Smith and Eric Pirius will be back, but as you can see from the headline image, the trio will be joined by a female member of the cast.
As for who that certain someone is, much like the details of the video itself, Saullo is keeping it under wraps. Fans will immediately point to the woman being Jill Valentine’s actress, known as Inezh. Inezh was...

It's been confirmed today that Superman & Lois will return to The CW with its fourth and final season on Thursday, October 17 at 8pm Et/10pm Pt.
The show used to air on Tuesday nights, but that slot has been taken by WWE Nxt. Most exciting is the news that we're getting a special two-hour "premiere event," meaning this opener will be feature-length.
We believe it's called "The End & The Beginning" and directed by Gregory Smith from a script by Brent Fletcher & Todd Helbing.
With The CW looking to move away from pricey scripted dramas, Superman & Lois season 4 was cut to 10 episodes and many regular cast members will now make only guest appearances. The writing team also had to be trimmed down.
Still, we're optimistic the show will go out on a high as everyone involved deserves the chance to end the story of these characters in a suitably epic and fitting manner.

Could The CW have one last Arrowverse crossover up its sleeve? Following remarks made by Tom Cavanagh at a convention over the weekend, TVLine has confirmed that the Flash vet will appear in the series finale of Superman & Lois, appropriately titled “It Went By So Fast.”
Cavanagh originally hoped to direct the pivotal episode, having previously helmed the Season 1 finale and Season 3 premiere, but the gig was already promised to frequent Superman & Lois director Gregory Smith. That’s when showrunner Todd Helbing got an idea, one that will leave fans theorizing for months to come.

Love or hate the Arrowverse, there's no denying that Tom Cavanagh's performance as the Reverse-Flash was hard to find fault with. As the years passed, The Flash diluted the character by having the actor play multiple versions of "Harrison Wells." However, in the suit, Cavanagh proved himself a truly formidable villain.
His story ended in the Scarlet Speedster's series, but we can look forward to at least one final appearance from the actor in the DC Universe.
Superman & Lois will conclude with its fourth and final season later this year, and unlike Legends of Tomorrow and Batwoman, the show's creative team have received enough notice to craft what we hope will be a satisfying ending.
The question now is, will that ending include an appearance from Eobard Thawne?

Everwood alum Treat Williams' cause of death has been determined almost two months after his tragic death.
The beloved actor's cause of death has been revealed as "severe trauma and blood loss" following the motorcycle crash in June.
The Vermont State Police also revealed this week that Ryan Koss, the man driving the vehicle that collided with Treat's motorcycle, has been charged with "grossly negligent operation with death," People reports.
News of Treat's death was confirmed in a statement by the actor's rep to People.
"He was killed this afternoon. He was making a left or a right [and] a car cut him off," Williams' agent Barry McPherson told the outlet.
"I'm just devastated. He was the nicest guy. He was so talented."
"He was an actor's actor. Filmmakers loved him. He's been the heart of the Hollywood since the late 1970s," he continued.
"He was really proud of his performance this year.

Treat Williams, the actor best known for playing Dr. Andy Brown on the Greg Berlanti-produced Everwood, has died, Deadline has confirmed. He was 71.
Williams played the kindhearted lead on Everwood for four years, a role that seemed to fit the actor perfectly. The show was never a ratings blockbuster, but it helped launch the careers of Chris Pratt, Emily VanCamp and Gregory Smith. Williams’ was well-seasoned by the time the show came around.
More recently, the actor was seen on the Hallmark Channel’s called Chesapeake Shores.
Williams made his film debut in the 1975 thriller film Deadly Hero. The following year he played a supporting role in The Ritz. His breakthrough came in 1979, when he starred as George Berger in the Miloš Forman’s Hair, which was based on the 1967 Broadway musical. The first season of Hallmark Channel’s Ride came to an end on May 28. The rodeo family drama introduced viewers to the McMurrays, a Colorado ranching family struggling to keep their business afloat while also dealing with some serious trauma from the past. But with their story having concluded – at least for now – fans are faced with the question of what to watch next. Fear not, we have you covered. Here are six shows that are similar to Ride on Hallmark.

If you’ve been paying attention to director/producer Andrew Saullo‘s efforts while filming his Resident Evil short The Keeper, you know that he managed to track down and reunite three of the original actors who starred in the opening cutscene for Resident Evil. Over the holidays, Saullo released the last of the videos he managed to film with the trio, which involve a mix of behind-the-scenes footage, as well as Charlie Kraslavsky (aka Chris Redfield) firing off a real Samurai Edge handgun.
The first video has Kraslavsky at a shooting range in Cedar City, Ut using the famous custom Beretta 92F, which is decked out with S.T.A.R.S. insignias. On loan from Scott Alker, Kraslavsky notes the gun’s aesthetics before going through some target practice. Kraslavsky also tests out several other weapons with the Iron County Sheriff’s Office. Director/producer Andrew Saullo is back once again with another video involving the trio of actors from the original Resident Evil cutscenes. This time, it’s a short film entitled Resident Evil: Resurrection, which stars Charlie Kraslavsky, Greg Smith and Eric Pirius, reprising their roles as Chris Redfield, Barry Burton and Albert Wesker, respectively.
The three minute short sees Chris Redfield teaming up with former partner, Barry Burton, to deal with Albert Wesker once again. If you recall the image that appeared online back in June that featured Kraslavsky as Chris, that was Resident Evil: Resurrection.
Saullo states that the short was made with little in the way of resources, but could potentially be turned into a more in-depth short with higher production values if fans show interest. This would be separate from Saullo’s main project, an adaptation of The Keeper’s Diary starring Kraslavsky as the Umbrella researcher...

They’re back. After director/producer Andrew Saullo managed to track down and sit down with three of the cast members from the Resident Evil cutscenes, Saullo promised more videos involving the trio in the future. And one of those videos was just released, showing the actors playing the original game for the first time.
Three of the live-action cast, Charlie Kraslavsky, Greg Smith and Eric Pirius finally managed to play the 1996 version of Resident Evil this past June, chatting it up and reacting to iconic moments.
The video plays out very much like the prior video, with the trio acting like old high school buddies. In case you didn’t realize it before, Kraslavsky states that it’s him as the S.T.A.R.S. member who briefly gets chased on the game’s title screen. Earlier this week, director/producer Andrew Saullo dropped the trailer for his upcoming Resident Evil fan short The Keeper, while also promising more goodies related to the shoot. Well, the first one dropped yesterday, with the trio of original Resident Evil cast members from the game sitting down for a little chat.
If you missed it, Saullo originally had contacted the three actors to audition for the role in The Keeper, with Kraslavsky winning the part. But, seeing as the cast had never sat down to chat about their experience working on Resident Evil together, it only made sense to do do. The trio in fact will be reprising their iconic roles in a separate short directed by Saullo.
“For me, it’s just like a dream come true,” says Kraslavsky when asked about stepping into the boots of Chris Redfield once again. “Over the years, I’ve been contacted...

Okay, so Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City wasn’t to everyone’s tastes, but just like the video games, leave it to the fans to be making amends. Case in point: director/producer Andrew Saullo is currently working on an adaptation of The Keeper’s Diary starring Charlie Kraslavsky from the original live-action cutscene for Resident Evil.
For those unaware, “The Keeper’s Diary” refers to the file written by an Umbrella researcher responsible for the Arklay Laboratory’s animals being prepped for experimentation. This is the one involving the famous “Itchy. Tasty.” line. Saullo had auditioned Kraslavsky, Greg Smith and Eric Pirius for the role of the ill-fated Umbrella researcher known as The Keeper for the short, with Kraslavsky being selected. Don’t feel bad for Pirius and Smith, as you’ll soon read later.

In about three weeks’ time, The CW will conclude its biggest crossover event ever with “Crisis on Infinite Earths” Part Four and Five, which will see the remaining heroes of the Arrowverse put up one last stand against the Anti-Monitor.
The five-hour special event has so far delivered on its promises of grandeur by bringing together every superhero from the multiverse of DC and giving them a role in the story. But the surprise cameos and appearances weren’t the only things that left the fans in awe of what they were experiencing, as “Crisis” ended on a huge cliffhanger that destroyed all life in existence and left only a handful of heroes (now known as Paragons) and the villainous Lex Luthor to keep fighting the good fight in an effort to restore the universe.
But if the newly released plot description for Part Four is anything to go by,...

The return of The CW’s Arrowverse is nearly here. Excitement is high for the franchise, too, as this year’s crossover event, “Crisis on Infinite Earths,” is going to be the biggest yet. So much focus has been given to the adaptation of, perhaps, DC’s greatest event series though that the storylines of the individual shows have been a little forgotten. Fans of The Flash, in particular, have been left in the dark, as so much of that series’ future hinges on the aforementioned “Crisis.”
That being said, there have been a few teases already as to what the new season has in store for Team Flash, such as the reveal that Sendhil Ramamurthy of Heroes fame will be portraying the DC villain Bloodwork. It’s also been noted that the main antagonist for Barry and company will be the most personal yet. Think on the level of Eobard Thawne (the Reverse-Flash.

With the season finales of various Arrowverse series now being upon us, the inevitable summer hiatus will come shortly. But before you know it, our favorite DC TV shows will resume and the next major crossover event, “Crisis on Infinite Earths,” will grace airwaves.
Those of you who’ve read the comic book on which it’s based know of how adapting it in any sense will be a massive undertaking. But considering how this had been originally teased as far back as The Flash‘s pilot episode, I think the producers always hoped to build to such a thing, no matter how great the challenges.
While recently speaking with ComicBook.com, executive producer and showrunner Todd Helbing admitted he assumed what many of us likely did while also pondering how a post-Crisis Flash may be affected:

If there’s one thing that’s for certain about the month of May, it’s that The Flash is going to deliver an unforgettable season finale which could leave us talking throughout the summer months. In years prior, we witnessed the beginning of Flashpoint and saw Barry Allen willingly exiling himself to the Speed Force, so odds are we’ll be met with some crazy cliffhanger come next week.
In the meantime, though, the network has served up a bountiful gallery promoting said finale, and it can be viewed below. Aside from letting us know that Team Flash will unite against the persistent threat that’s been Cicada II, the images also preview the next smackdown involving the Scarlet Speedster and Eobard Thawne, who’s now returned to his Reverse-Flash persona.
In my view, the rivalry shared between those two is arguably the greatest the Arrowverse has had to offer.

After tuning in for last night’s episode of The Flash, I must say that I have to hand it to Eobard Thawne. To put it quite succinctly, everything we’ve seen thus far this season has been part of an elaborate plan concocted by him so that he may escape execution in 2049. But depending on how next week’s season finale goes, we could see this show standing alongside Avengers: Endgame so that fans may relentlessly pick apart its time travel logic.
In the meantime, though, the Powers That Be have given us a promo video to chew on, and you can view it at the top of this article. From the look of it, Team Flash will have their hands full because they’ll have to deal with both the Reverse-Flash and Cicada II in the climactic episode. I guess the producers have decided to really up the ante this year.

Despite both Cicadas having been a thorn in the side of the Star Labs crew all season long on The Flash, I’ve found the unfolding situation involving Eobard Thawne and Nora West-Allen to be much more intriguing. Does the incarcerated speedster actually care for her? And exactly what’ll happen when the countdown clock outside of his cell reaches zero?
From the sound of it, we’ll learn the answer to these questions within the next few weeks – and then some. You see, Thawne is slated to return to his dreaded Reverse-Flash persona just in time for the season finale, “Legacy.” And before we discuss this matter any further, give the official synopsis a gander:

Actually, if we’re to anticipate “Star City Slayer” based on its name value alone, it may be fair to say things could get pretty grim in short order.
As you may remember, this is actually the episode which we didn’t learn the title for until fairly recently. For some reason, showrunner Beth Schwartz held off on disclosing that major detail, but now we know to expect the relatively obscure DC villain of the same moniker.

After what felt like an eternity, Supergirl has finally returned from its winter hiatus. Sure, it’ll be forced into hibernation again in a matter of weeks, but let’s just enjoy seeing the Girl of Steel while we can, shall we?
To say that a lot went down in last night’s midseason premiere is an understatement. Not only did the Legion of Super-Heroes – Mon-El, Saturn Girl and Brainiac 5, in this case – come together for the first time on this particular series, but Reign continued handing anyone who had the guts to take her on their respective asses, effectively proving that she’s easily one of the Arrowverse’s most powerful villains to date.
Luckily for everyone, the Maiden of Might showed up just in time to help balance the scales in the favor of good, thus forcing the Worldkiller to retreat and lick her wounds. Still, this war is far,...

Even with an extended hiatus looming, it sure does look like Supergirl will squeeze in a fair amount of memorable moments within the four episodes set to air over the next few weeks. For starters, the Legion of Super-Heroes will be making their presence known in the midseason premiere itself.
So far, the network has been slowly pulling back the curtain on each individual member of one of DC’s oldest and most beloved super teams. Just last week, for instance, we got our first look at Brainiac 5 and, yesterday, we finally saw Mon-El donning some heroic threads.
Normally, the Arrowverse costuming department does a pretty fine job, but the online reaction to how the Legion is thus far appearing has been met with some consternation. While Smallville‘s iteration of the team was a bit more casual in appearance, they were recognizable as those characters. Supergirl‘s take,...

To this point, Supergirl season 3 has proven to be a different beast from its predecessor. Last year, we were given a science fiction tour de force as the series fully embraced its comic book roots, often feeling like a live action answer to Superman: The Animated Series. This time, however, the focus has been placed more on drama, perhaps in an effort to keep the show’s budget in check.
Regardless, the back half of this season will still mine the DC well as much as possible, for we know that the Legion of Super-Heroes are set to make an impact upon the show’s return from hiatus. And, with that, Mon-El will finally suit up – only his costume isn’t quite accurate to the source material.
As you can see in the accompanying gallery, the network has offered up two new posters of the Daxamite: One providing a look at his new threads,...

Last year’s Arrowverse crossover – titled “Invasion!” – was already a pretty huge affair, but this fall’s “Crisis on Earth-x” event promises to be even bigger. On top of having the cast seeing double when they come up against their Nazi doppelgangers from another Earth, one of the stars has revealed the whopping amount of heroes who’ll take part in the crossover.
Ex-Superman actor Brandon Routh – who plays Ray Palmer/the Atom on Legends of Tomorrow – revealed a highlight of his that will occur in the event during a recent set visit. He announced that one scene in particular will see the united heroes of the Arrowverse come together on the bridge of the Waverider. And there’s going to be a heck of a lot of them.
“I have a limited adventure in the crossover, but I do get to work with a few people that we had a good time.
