In just a few weeks, Netflix will drop new episodes of Arcane, its Emmy-winning animated series based on the League of Legends video game. The first season of Arcane released back in 2021 and made waves thanks to its well-developed characters, striking visual style, great soundtrack, and moving story about two sisters who found themselves on opposite sides of a class war between the aristocratic upper city of Piltover and the oppressed slums of Zaun. The first season pulled no punches, killing off a few important characters along the way and ending on a cliffhanger that may have spelled the end for even more after Jinx (Ella Purnell) fired a rocket directly into a room where Piltover's most powerful diplomats were debating the city's future.
The upcoming second season of Arcane will be its last; while other League of Legends shows will no doubt crop up thanks to Arcane's success,...

[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for the Fire Country Season 3 premiere “What the Bride Said.”] Considering how Gabriela (Stephanie Arcila) is at her own wedding (she kept looking at her ex instead of the groom), it’s probably a good thing a helicopter crash interrupts it on Fire Country! Gabriela has yet to say “I do” to Diego (Rafael de la Fuente) when everyone must leap into action to help the injured, among whom is Genevieve (Alix West Lefler), trapped with her maybe biological father Rick (Adam Aalderks) while Jake (Jordan Calloway) tries to get to them. Manny (Kevin Alejandro) gets a brief reprieve from jail when he’s caught up in the crash and helps out—with Luke (Michael Trucco) speaking up for him—but he’s not exactly happy about what’s going on with his daughter and Bode (Max Thieriot). In fact, he asks Sharon (Diane Farr) to keep the two apart. Uh-oh! But...

Fire Country season 3 premiere spoilers ahead
Fire Country's return was action-packed as expected and delightfully soapy, which is something I personally enjoy. The incident of the week in "What the Bride Said" interrupts Diego and Gabriela's wedding though her deafening silence when asked if she takes her fiancé as her husband would have made a mess of the ceremony if the crashed helicopter didn't.
The commotion caused by the wreck set everyone into motion as they raced to aid people at Smokey's which had born the brunt of the crash. In the midst of the incident, four major plots took shape, each holding the emotional weight of the episode but that didn't get resolved by the end. Let's dive into what happened before the season 3 premiere ended on a cliffhanger!

Spoiler Alert! This story contains plot points from Friday’s season 3 premiere of Fire Country on CBS.
In the episode titled “What the Bride Said,” catastrophe wreaked havoc on the Diego and Gabriela nuptials, but it wasn’t because of anything Bode did after we last saw him leave the church in the season 2 finale.
Instead, a helicopter crashed through the stained glass window and cast a pall on the ceremony, prompting everyone in attendance to spring into action and help the victims. Here, showrunner Tia Napolitano addresses why she decided to delay the will-they-or-won’t-they drama and what we can expect from part 2 of what we’re unofficially dubbing Copter-nado.
Deadline How many different scenarios did you have for the wedding?
Tia Napolitano We talked about a lot of stuff. We really looked at what viewers are familiar with in terms of weddings that didn’t end up happening.

Fire Country fans have been eagerly awaiting the Season 3 trailer and it certainly does not disappoint. The big questions since the Season 2 finally has been if Gabreila Perez (Stephanie Arcila) would marry Diego Moreno (Rafael de la Fuente) after Bode Leone ( Max Thieriot) walked out.
Of course, Bode left on the advice of Gabreila’s father, Manny Perez ( Kevin Alejandro). Did Gabriela go through with the wedding or did she realize she wasn’t over Bode?
Fire Country Spoilers – Devine Intervention Perhaps?
Bode may have thought he was doing the right thing by walking away because he just wants Gabi to be happy.
However, it seems that someone higher may believe Gabi needs to think this over one more time. Gabi and Diego never even get to the vows because of what can only be seen as devine intervention.

Fire Country Season 3 is bringing in a very popular actor for a small role. According to new reports, Supernatural and Walker star Jared Padalecki has joined the cast of Fire Country on CBS. Here is what you need to know about this huge casting news.
Jared Padalecki Joining Fire Country Season 3
When The CW canceled Jared Padalecki’s reboot series Walker, fans wondered what was next for the former Supernatural star. Padalecki starred on Supernatural for its entire run of nearly two decades after a starring stint on Gilmore Girls. He caught on as the star in Walker, but that show has ended.

While some fans wanted to see Jared reteam with Jensen Ackles, possibly in the Prime Video series The Boys, it looks like he found something else, at least for now. Jared will appear in Fire Country Season 3 in a small recurring role.

Jared Padalecki, known for his long-running roles in “Supernatural” and “Walker,” will join the cast of CBS drama “Fire Country” in a recurring guest role. Padalecki will play Camden, a seasoned firefighter from Southern California with extensive experience. He is described as confident yet down-to-earth.
In three upcoming episodes, Camden’s character will recognize the untapped talent of series lead Bode Donovan, played by Max Thieriot. The interaction between these two characters could prove important to Bode’s goal of becoming a full-time firefighter. As the show’s executive producer, Thieriot will help shape how Camden mentors Bode’s development.
The addition of Padalecki comes as CBS works to expand the “Fire Country” universe. A spin-off called “Sheriff Country,” focusing on a character introduced last season, has already been approved. Industry insiders suggest Padalecki’s role may launch another potential spin-off series. While CBS has not confirmed further plans, Padalecki...

Jared Padalecki has been cast in the upcoming third season of “Fire Country” at CBS, Variety has confirmed.
Padalecki will appear in three episodes in a recurring role. He will play Camden, who is described as “a SoCal firefighter and maverick with a surfer swagger who is a force to be reckoned with and immediately recognizes Bode’s (Max Thieriot) raw talent.”
The role keeps Padalecki in business with CBS Studios, which produces “Fire Country.” Padalecki recently starred in the studio’s series “Walker,” which aired for four seasons at The CW with Padalecki in the lead role and executive producing. He was also an executive producer on the prequel series “Walker: Independence,” which aired for one season.
Padalecki is of course best known for starring in the long-running series “Supernatural” at The CW/The WB. The series aired for 15 seasons with Padalecki leading the show alongside Jensen Ackles. There...

Exclusive: Jared Padalecki is returning to series television. The former Supernatural star, coming off a four-season run as the lead of Walker, has been tapped for a three-episode arc on the upcoming third season of CBS’ hit drama series Fire Country, headlined and executive produced by Max Thieriot.
He will play Camden, a SoCal firefighter and maverick with a surfer swagger who is a force to be reckoned with and immediately recognizes Bode’s (Thieriot) raw talent.
The deal with Fire Country producer CBS Studios is strictly for the recurring role, sources said. Given Padalecki’s status as a popular leading man with two hit series under his belt, I hear there is a possibility for the guest stint to lead to a new spinoff headlined by him that would join the upcoming Sheriff Country.
Sources stress that the idea is still in its nascent stages. And similarly to the NCIS franchise,...

Netflix suffered a major blow as some of its most anticipated shows have been leaked online due to a disastrous data breach. Among all of the leaks are the first five episodes of the highly anticipated second season of Arcane.
The Netflix anime series initially came out with its first season in 2021 and the fans have been waiting for nearly three years for the second season to come out now some footage from the first five episodes of the much-awaited series has been leaked online in poor quality. Fire Country is coming to Netflix. Season 1 of CBS’ popular drama will be available on Netflix in the US beginning August 1 in a deal made by series producer CBS Studios. This is an additional domestic streaming window for Fire Country, co-created and starring Max Thieriot, whose first two seasons are on Paramount+. It is designed to give the show additional exposure ahead of its Oct. 18 Season 3 premiere on CBS.
Paramount Global has been the most open to content windowing among the vertically integrated traditional media companies, with CBS Studios at the forefront of that, opening non-exclusive streaming windows for some of its current series on Netflix in the US after selling the shows internationally.
In a similar move, the studio in September 2020 licensed the first seasons of its CBS series Evil and The Unicorn to Netflix in advance of the shows’ second seasons on CBS that had been delayed by the pandemic.

It’s become a well-worn trope in TV weddings; a heartsick man (or woman) is stuck in a pew while he watches the love of his life exchange vows with someone else.
But the only ‘I do’ viewers heard in the May 17 episode of Fire Country came from the mouth of Gabriela’s dad Manny (Kevin Alejandro). It wasn’t uttered by Gabriela (Stephanie Arcila) or Diego (Rafael de la Fuente) at the altar.

CBS has given an early series order to “Sheriff Country,” a new spin-off of hit Eye network drama “Fire Country.” But rather than airing the show next fall or midseason, CBS plans to save “Sheriff Country” for the 2025-2026 TV season.
The show comes out of a “Fire Country” backdoor pilot that aired on April 12 as the episode “Alert the Sheriff.” In that episode and in the series, Morena Baccarin (“Homeland”) stars as “straight-shooting sheriff Mickey Fox,” the stepsister of “Fire Country’s” Cal Fire division chief Sharon Leone (Diane Farr). Tony Phelan and Joan Rater are writing the first “Sheriff Country” episode, with story by Phelan, Rater and Max Thieriot. Executive producers are Thieriot, Phelan, Rater, and Jerry Bruckheimer and...
