- Film, television and stage actor, Rory Wilton graduated from The Hub Theatre School in 1992. He became Co-Artistic Director of Bedlam Theatre Company of Cornwall with Emma Spurgin Hussey in 1994, touring adventurous new writing productions nationally until 2006. He started working in film and TV during the late 1990's, joining the regular cast of Doc Martin in 2009 as Chippy Miller. He is best known for his role as Richard Tonkin in the BBC's international hit historical drama Poldark and as one of the group in the hit movie The Fisherman's Friend's., He has appeared in numerous independent film and television productions, cultivating ongoing working relationships with a number of film directors and producers. Rory is a strong supporter of emerging talent, co-running Bedlam Youth Theatre Companies in Cornwall, with his partner, the actor and writer, Emma Spurgin Hussey.
