SiriusXM has suspended Glenn Beck‘s syndicated show after a guest suggested citizens would have to take means that may not be legal in order to get Donald Trump out of office. Last week, fiction author Brad Thor asked, “What patriot will step up and do that?” when explaining that Congress would not be able to remove Trump from office by “legal means” through impeachment. The satellite radio network feels this could be viewed as “advocating harm against an individual currently running for office.” Also Read: Stephen Hawking Rips Donald Trump Supporters as 'Lowest Common Denominator' (Video) “SiriusXM encourages a diversity of discourse and.

Ufc fighting champ Ronda Rousey has signed on for two high-profile projects at Warner Bros. Pictures - Brad Thor's "Athena Project" and the upcoming movie based on HBO's comedy series "Entourage".
Rousey will begin shooting her role in the "Entourage" movie in mid-March and is said to be playing one of the female leads.
"Athena Project" is still looking for a writer so will be in development for sometime. Rousey reportedly attached herself to the project before a studio became involved.
Based on the novel by Brad Thor, the story follows a top secret, all-female Delta Force counterterrorism team sent in to hunt and kill a master terrorist after a bombing in Rome. The situation turns out to be far more complicated.
Rousey already filmed roles last Fall in both "The Expendables 3" and "Fast and Furious 7" and there's already great word of mouth about her work in both.

Ryan Craig has only directed one feature in his career thus far — 2010′s Chris Pine-starring Small Town Saturday Night — and that may not change right away, as he’s been hired for a writing job at Warner Bros. As THR has learned, the director is set to script an adaptation of Takedown, a novel by Brad Thor that serves as the fifth installment of his Scott Harvath series.
Produced by Bill Gerber and Casey Wasserman, the project is something that the studio would like to be the start of a new franchise, in the (shocker) “Bourne Identity mold.” Shaky cameras, agents running around, people getting beaten with household objects? Sounds about right. There are ten books in the series, so they have plenty of room to make future installments.
The plot appears to be on a bigger scale, though, following the Harvath character in his attempt to capture a...

The hottest trend in Hollywood right now is anything and everything to do with Navy Seal Team 6. Since the real members who stormed that Pakistan compound remain anonymous to us, they're doing the next best thing, and optioning fictional versions like those found in Brad Thor's novels. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ryan Craig has been hired by Warner Bros to adapt Thor's novel "Takedown," which is the fifth of a series starring the all-around badass Scot Harvath. Once a member of Seal Team 6, Harvath has job-hopped to become a black-ops counterterrorism agent. "Takedown" finds him in particularly dark territory, as New York has suffered a devastating terrorist attack, forcing him to hunt an al-Qaeda operative through ruined streets and subways. Naturally, Warner Bros is hoping they can turn Harvath into a Jason Bourne type of franchise. Thor has penned ten novels, all of which star Harvath in various degrees of peril,...
