Joe Mexican has directed over three hundred music videos, has been the cinematographer and editor on dozen's of TV series and motion pictures and has directed several successful genre motion pictures over his two decades in the entertainment industry.

Joe started his journey into film making as an electrician, and diligently worked his way up to a gaffer, then as an in demand cinematographer. As a cinematographer, he filmed the 2013 family film On Angel's Wings. The film was acquired by UP TV (Uplifting Entertainment), which is available to 60 million pay television households in the United States. He also has collaborated with star and director John Schneider of Dukes of Hazard for multiple features, including Like Son, 4:GO, and Christmas Cars. His work as a director of photography on television and films ran parallel with his music video production and direction which made him the go to guy in his region for hundreds of productions.
His music videos have garnered hundreds of millions of views on social media, YouTube and major networks such as MTV and BET. He has worked with major national artists such as Cupid, Lola Monroe and Juvenile. His music video for Funny Mike "Ain't no 21" has received over ten million views on the YouTube platform.
