Tucker Carlson has been pranked over Kate Middleton’s infamous edited photo.
The former Fox News anchor was duped by British YouTubers Josh & Archie into interviewing a fake Kensington Palace whistleblower, who was prepared to dish the dirt on the doctored image.
Archie Manners posed as the Prince and Princess of Wales’ former digital content creator, who claimed he had been fired for altering the Mother’s Day image so poorly it was rumbled by the public.
The Tucker Carlson Network, which streams on Twitter (now X), accepted his story after Manners and co-conspirator Josh Pieters forged Kensington Palace employment documents.
The YouTubers’ faked letter of engagement for the whistleblower included a clause stating that the palace had a right to amputate one of his limbs should he fail his probation period.
Carlson’s people did not spot the preposterous faked document and Manners was sent to a London studio...

Eric Trump and Pennsylvania gubernatorial nominee Doug Mastriano recently attended a Christian conservative rally, where viewers were urged to restore America’s Christian roots in daily life and institutions.
The tour was organized by ReAwaken America, an organization founded by disgraced former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
Critics have accused ReAwaken America of spreading misinformation and promoting religious extremism.
The event opened with a prayer, asking to “open the eyes of President Trump’s understanding, that he will know the time of divine intervention.”
The prayer continued, “He will know how to implement divine intervention, and you will surround him, Father, with none of this deep-state trash, Rino trash.”
Opening prayer today at Eric Trump and Michael Flynn’s QAnon event: “God, open the eyes of Pres Trump’s understanding, that he will know how to implement divine intervention. And you will not surround him with Rino trash, in the name of Jesus.

YouTube jokester Josh Pieters is doing some of his finest work in isolation, pranking one of quarantine’s most-talked-about figures: animal rights activist Carole Baskin of the Netflix docuseries Tiger King.
Pieters, a South African vlogger with 1.4 million subscribers, who rose to renown as a friend of fellow vlogger Caspar Lee, has nabbed millions of views with past stunts, including tricking the public with an Ed Sheeran lookalike and conducting a prank against right-wing British media personality Katie Hopkins. In quarantine, however, he has made the most of the necessity of remote talk-show interviews, and duped several celebs into thinking they were appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Late Late Show with James Corden.
Pieters has created three such interview videos on Zoom -- simply by playing sound bites of each late-night host, prank-call style -- the first two with B-list celebs from the U.K.

In the history of the world there are a lot more stories about men being savage with their opinions it would seem than women, but in case you missed out for the last several years, Katie Hopkins hasn’t been shy about voicing her opinion when asked and she’s held no punches when discussing pretty much anything. Having been seen on talk shows and YouTube videos around the globe it’s not hard to see just why some people have such an issue with her, and yet it’s hard to fully condemn her since some of things she says do make sense.

The President had some jolly ranchers, but also some lemon sours in the early part of Saturday’s tweetstorm.
A new deal that will open up more of the European market to beef exporters was touted by the Commander-in-Tweet via a tweet from Sen. John Hoeven.(R-nd). No longer will the continent have to ask, “Where’s the beef?”
On a less friendly note, President Trump noted a mean girl tweet from Katie Hopkins on London’s micro-mayor, Sadiq Khan. “The nipple-height Mayor of Londonistan has Never been so unpopular. He has Minus approval ratings because we are stab-city. ” As with ratings and presidential polls, approval ratings are never far from the Trump mind.
Finally, the President found time to tweak China’s tail, reminding them that countries are lining up for deals that would avoid tariffs. “No help from Fed,” was the lone down note there.
We’ll update as more rolls in.

Michelle Obama is the most admired woman in the world. And on Friday afternoon, she posted a tweet criticizing President Donald Trump’s recent racist tweets and remarks telling four progressive women of color representatives, all of whom are American citizens, to “go back” where they came from.

There are always heroes and villains in President Donald Trump’s weekend tweetstorms. Today was no different, as the President praised his friends and once again attacked his foes.
The Commander-in-Tweet took the opportunity to beat up London Mayor Sadiq Khan, mocking him over a hack on the city’s police Twitter account.
Hackers cracked London’s Metropolitan Police Friday night, publishing a series of strange messages. One in particular caught Trump’s eye when it asked: “what you gonna do phone the police?”
The messages have since been deleted, but users saved them via screenshots.
Trump quoted a tweet from controversial British broadcaster Katie Hopkins that included one such screenshot, adding that “With the incompetent Mayor of London, you will never have safe streets!”
As for heroes, the Commander-in-Tweet saluted the Apollo 11 astronauts, celebrating the moon landing’s 50th anniversary, and talked up his efforts on the economy and...

The Apprentice is back! Here's one geek's moral struggle with his enduring love of the BBC reality game show...
The start of a new series of The Apprentice always seems to creep up on me. Somehow it isn’t until I hear Prokofiev’s Dance Of The Knights blasting through my living room on the first trail that I become aware of its imminent arrival, and it always fills me with the same feeling of slightly shameful excitement. I’m really not a fan of the term ‘guilty pleasure’, as nobody should be made to feel guilt simply for enjoying something that the cool kids don’t, but The Apprentice is the only show I can think of that I genuinely feel bad for enjoying so much. It’s easy to see it as a parade of wankers who you wouldn’t want to sit near on a train,...

Warning: contains spoilers for Black Mirror series 3
See related Michael Keaton headed to Kong: Skull Island Looking back at Peter Jackson's King Kong Godzilla Vs King Kong set for 2020
Authenticity is the core theme of Black Mirror’s third series. The question of what is and isn’t an authentic experience comes up several times in the six new stories. With sci-fi takes on different genres—comedic satire, survival horror, romance, military action and detective mystery—and one episode with no future tech at all, Black Mirror plays with perspective and examines what distinguishes the real from the virtual, the impossibility of authentic relationships when social interaction has become an economy, and what might cause us to knowingly opt for inauthenticity over reality.

Heading on tour around the UK this month is Tiff Stevenson. Her new stand-up show, Mad Man, is about to get underway, and she spared us some time for a chat. It got quite nerdy...
I'll start with the obvious one, and then we can go nerdy. You're going on tour with a show called Mad Man. What's it about?
It's about identity really. Who we are as people, how much of our personalities are made up of what we think we like and what we put out into the world, and how much is chewed up and sold back to us through various advertisements and social media and everything else.
Do you have specific examples you're tapping into?
Yeah, sure. Advertising is a huge thread that runs through the show.

Emma Willis and Rylan Clark have been talking up the UK vs USA twist on this summer's Celebrity Big Brother some more.
The pair teased "twists and turns" and a potentially new level of competitiveness when the show returns on Thursday, August 27.
Who could be going into the Celebrity Big Brother hours? All the rumours
"I think it will be competitive, but I am intrigued as to whether the housemates will play that game and try to get the opposition on side," Emma said.
"Also, genuine friendships do form between people you wouldn't expect. You wouldn't have thought Michelle Visage and Katie Hopkins would be good friends but it happened, so if people make friendships, what happens if they are against each other?"
"It's not like a split down the middle, but it will see the competition heat up," Rylan added. "There are going to be a lot of twists...

You wouldn't mess with Danny Dyer on a good day, but the actor really wasn't up for any banter today, as a few social media users quickly learned.
As per all good Twitter dramas, the trouble began when the EastEnders actor revealed that he was on location filming somewhere near David Cameron's home, joking about his toilet needs. This will make more sense when you see the image Danny shared below.

However, the tweet attracted a few sarcastic replies, with one user taking the opportunity to poke fun at Dyer's straight-to-dvd movies.
The Mick Carter actor responded by posting an image of the tweet sender, captioning it: "Didn't think it was ever possible for a man to be uglier than the fish he's caught.

It seems no one is quite as excited about the launch of If Katie Hopkins Ruled the World as the woman herself.

Remember the first ever Love Island with its seemingly clueless single celebrities constantly bickering on a tumultuous and stormy (literally and metaphorically) Fijian island?
Even the show's co-hosts Kelly Brook and Patrick Kielty were baying for one another's blood when Kielty decided to declare during one live show that Brook had previously dated contestant Paul Danan.
Other memorable highlights included Abi Titmuss becoming more and more enraged as Fran Cosgrave repeatedly referred to her as Vanessa Feltz, swiftly followed by a tipsy and uncouth Rebecca Loos letting rip.
The series aired almost exactly a decade ago, so we found ourselves wondering - whatever happened to eventual winner Jayne Middlemiss? And the Love Island love god that was Lee Sharpe?
As the new non-celebrity series currently enjoys its ITV2 revival, we find out what the 12 star contestants have gone on to do since their 2005 stint below:

Big Brother's Simon Gross has compared fellow housemate Jade Lynch to Katie Hopkins.
Talking to Nick Henderson in the kitchen, Simon commented that he doesn't find Jade to be a "battle axe".
Nick said that there are three sides to her, explaining: "She has got neutral, which is quite boring, she has a fun side, and she has a wicked, wicked side that I can't stand."
"She reminds me of Katie Hopkins a bit," Simon responded.
Later on, Jade and Marc O'Neill had a relatively civil conversation, as they attempted to put their differences behind them.
Jade mentioned that she decided to be polyamorous because she was cheating, and said that it's about being free.
She added of her modelling: "Why don't you believe me about this? Because every second girl in Dublin is?
"I am signed in Dublin, signed in Milan, and signed in Belfast. I work all over those places.

Director: Gil Kenan; Screenwriter: David Lindsay-Abaire; Starring: Sam Rockwell, Rosemarie DeWitt, Kennedi Clements, Jared Harris; Running time: 93 mins; Certificate: 15
If familiarity breeds contempt then overfamiliarity brings boredom. This lazy, unimaginative remake of horror classic Poltergeist supplies snores instead of shudders and inertia instead of intrigue, failing to muster any significant fresh ideas or sustain any tension.
Moving into a property built on an ancient burial ground is a marginally more doomed accommodation arrangement than a flatshare with Katie Hopkins and Perez Hilton. As per its predecessor's plot, the 2015 version positions a wholesome American family in this precarious scenario and unleashes a procession of progressively supernatural proceedings on them.
Whereas Steven Spielberg and Tobe Hooper's original transfixed viewers with its imaginative sense of dread and foreboding atmosphere, Gil Kenan's remake spectacularly fails to instill a sense of jeopardy despite some smart camerawork and solid performances from all the leads,...

Katie Hopkins is reportedly developing her own primetime chat show.
The controversial columnist is thought to have signed up to host a new programme for the digital channel TLC, according to Broadcast.
Although the show has yet to be fully commissioned, the Discovery-owned channel has started discussions with several independent production companies to produce the project.
Hopkins previously hosted My Fat Story on TLC, which became its highest-rated programme since its launch in April 2013.
The documentary saw Hopkins gaining and losing three stone to experience obesity and how to overcome it.
She most recently appeared on Channel 5's Celebrity Big Brother, finishing second behind Katie Price.
Hopkins is known for her outspoken and controversial views on Twitter, in her columns and on ITV's This Morning. Earlier this year, she incurred the wrath of Danny Dyer after she mocked his marriage proposal.
