Born in Vancouver, B.C. to an Austrian father and a French-Canadian mother. Emily was home schooled as a teenager and after graduation packed a bag and followed her dreams to London, England where she attended theatre training at Meisner studio The Actors Temple. Emily found her voice and it overflowed. She returned to Vancouver, got scouted by an agent, joined a punk-rock band and while enrolled at art school for design Emily booked the role of oddball Noreen Vanderslice in critically acclaimed mini-series 'Fargo'. She has since commenced training at The Upright Citizens Brigade in New York.
