Discovery Communications-owned cable network Destination America has greenlighted a new series about a ghost-hunting team who investigates the most haunted towns in America.
Following on the success of its series Ghosts of Shepherdstown, Destination America has ordered eight episodes of Haunted Towns, starring the Tennessee Wraith Chasers, who also were featured in the network's Ghost Asylum. They will explore "places that played key roles in the darker chapters of American history, where battle, disaster and injustice have condemned unsettled spirits to every street corner."
