A group of passengers struggle to survive and escape when their ocean liner completely capsizes at sea.
While waiting for Reverend Scott, Mr. Rogo jokes that the others should break out their hymnals and sing "Nearer, My God, to Thee." That song was sung by the crew and passengers of the SS Valencia as it sank and was allegedly the final song the band... ...
Reverend Frank Scott:
Through the kitchens and go deeper and deeper in the ship till we reach the hull. That way!
Mike Rogo: And you just kick out the botton and we swim ashore, huh?
Linda Rogo: Or maybe you could yell 'This is the police' and it'll open right up!
Mike Rogo: Don't be a smartass!
Surely the wheel Reverend Scott is hanging on near the end would be too hot for him to hold. What's more, with all the sweat, he couldn't have hung on for that long, let alone turn it successfully.
