Stefano Madia won the (short-lived) Best Supporting Actor award at Cannes film festival for his performance, but he's dubbed in the film by Massimo Giuliani.
Though Andrée Lachappelle, Mario Verdon and Joanne Coté are fluent in French, they were dubbed by other French actors as well as the rest of the Quebec-born actors in this movie.
