In the classroom scene, Indy writes the word "NEOLITHIC" on the chalkboard. Later in that scene, it is apparent that the word has been rewritten (most likely due to multiple takes). The letter "H" has more curve, and the extraneous mark above it has been removed. The line under the word, once straight, now curves, and no longer intersects the bottom of some letters as before.
