57 years later, Ellen Ripley is rescued by a deep salvage team during her hypersleep. The moon from the original movie has been colonized, but contact is lost. This time, colonial marines have impressive firepower, but will that be enough?
The button on the control panel Ripley presses to shut the air lock doors on the ship at the end of the film is actually a "Hold" Button from a UK style "Fruit Machine" or "Bandit"!
Salvage Team Leader:
Bio-readouts are all in the green, looks like she's alive. Well, there goes our salvage, guys.
The first dropship has the "Bugstomper: We endanger species" logo just beneath the cockpit. When the APC rolls around the corner and is loaded onto the dropship we see the other side (pointing to the right) of the dropship and the logo faces the same way as on the pointing to the left side. In every other scene the Bigstomper logo has been correctly painted in a reverse manner it still faces toward the front end of the dropship.
As the final credits fade, there is the sound of a facehugger scurrying across from left to right.
