The Legend of Zelda: The Ringer - Link reluctantly gets out of bed, complaining about his "boring" life in North Castle and reminiscing about the days when he would roam the world and constantly fight monsters. He looks out the window and sees Princess Zelda in a nearby balcony and whistles at her. Annoyed, Zelda leaves and shortly after, a Moblin sneaks behind Link and attacks him while more Moblins come into his room. One of the minions tries to steal the Triforce of Wisdom in Link's room, but the young hero manages to defeat them and sends them back to Ganon's Evil Jar. Link then notices that one of the Moblins dropped a Magic Bow, and stores it in his pocket before Zelda knocks on his door. After the young hero tries to kiss her, Zelda greets him with a smack to his cheek for having whistled at her before. Link then tells her of the Moblins that attacked him earlier, and the princess notices that this was the third attack by Ganon in the same month. Much to Link's dismay, Zelda orders Link to stay in his room and guard to Triforce while she goes off to judge the Magician's Contest.
Meanwhile, in the Underworld, Ganon punishes the Moblins and concludes that if he wants the Triforce of Wisdom, he will have to get it himself. He begins his plans to spoil the Magician's Contest by appearing in cognito: since his teleportation powers are limited in the "upper world," he disguises four Stalfos in robes and makes them carry him on a platform. Ganon eventually arrives to North Castle and asks to be let in the contest. When Zelda asks him if he is an amateur magician, the evil wizard answers by making a bird appear out of his hands, which the princess approves of but asks that he wait his turn. Zelda continues to judge the contest while Ganon makes the bird turn into an Ache and orders it to go see who is guarding the Triforce of Wisdom. The Ache, having seen Link and Spryte next to the Triforce, later comes back to Ganon and informs him that the young hero is guarding the sacred relic. When one of the magicians makes a lizard appear on Zelda's hand, Ganon uses his magic to turn the lizard into a fire-breathing dragon that promptly turns towards the princess, causing her to scream in fear. Link hears Zelda's scream and rushes down from his room to help the princess. Although the young hero tries to defend himself from the dragon's fire using his Magical Shield, the flame is too strong. In order to make an opening for Link's attacks, Zelda throws a nearby plate in his direction, and the young hero fires several sword beams at it which reflect back at the dragon, promptly defeating it. However, Zelda and Link soon learn that the dragon was just a diversion and Ganon had managed to steal the Triforce of Wisdom.
Princess Zelda quickly grabs a seed that was sitting on a nearby table and asks one of the magicians from the contest to use their growing spell, causing the seed to immediately grow into a giant tree. The princess then ties a rope around the tip of the tree, and after Link and Zelda climb on top of it, Link snaps the rope with his sword so that the two are launched out of the castle. Zelda falls on top of Link, who tries to get her to kiss him, but Zelda pushes him away and warns him that Ganon is coming. Although Ganon is quickly approaching a secret Underworld entrance, Link zaps one of the Stalfos carrying the evil wizard, resulting in Ganon falling over, who commands his minions to attack the young duo while he calls for reinforcements. Link gives Zelda the Magic Bow that he found earlier, and when he sees that more Stalfos are coming from the Underworld entrance, he takes his belt off and ties it around both him and Zelda to fight back-to-back. The pair easily defeats the Stalfos together, and when there is only one Stalfos left, it takes out a bomb from underneath its chest and throws it at Link and Zelda; however, the young hero blocks it with his sword and zaps the foe. Ganon attempts to make a quick getaway with the Triforce of Wisdom in hand, but Link uses the bomb that the Stalfos threw at him and knocks it back at Ganon, causing the Triforce to be knocked from his hands.
With the Triforce of Wisdom now safe, Link tells Zelda that he will not get the belt off around them until she kisses him. Just as they are about to kiss, Spryte comes in and interrupts them, using her magic to get the belt off. The episode ends with Ganon inside the Evil Jar threatening that Link and Zelda will pay for what they have done.
Slime Busters - Mario and Luigi are at home in Mario Brothers Plumbing, where the two of them are forcing a strange Slime Ghost back into one of Edison's sewer entrances with a broom. As soon as they succeed in forcing the Slime Ghost into the sewer, another larger Slime Ghost slides across the floor. While Luigi directs the Slime Ghost into the back room, Mario mentions that the Slime Busters should be arriving at any moment. As a van drives past the basement window and parks, Mario tells Luigi to keep the Slime Ghost busy, and figures that the Slime Busters have arrived.
Just as the Slime Ghost pulls Luigi into the back room, the doorbell rings, and Mario tells the person on the other side to enter. In walks Ernie Hudson, but Mario is disappointed that none of the other Slime Busters came. Ernie confesses that when the Slime Busters heard that Mario and Luigi had called, he lost a coin toss, implying that none of Slime Busters really wanted to come.
Ernie notices some steam coming from the furnace, and goes to inspect it, but Mario redirects him to the back room. Before entering, Ernie tells Mario that if he's not back in ten minutes, to put a dime in the parking meter for him, to which Mario complies. Ernie enters the back room, and comes out disgusted, complaining that what he saw in their was the most hideous entity he's ever seen. Soon, Luigi walks out of the back room, screaming and shaking. Mario asks Ernie to introduce himself to Luigi and to shake his hand, but Ernie comments that Luigi is shaking just fine.
Later, Ernie is checking the reading on one of his devices, noting that he can't pick up a trace of the Slime Ghost. When Mario suggests that it went for a bite to eat, Luigi, who is sitting at the table, says in creepy voice, that a slice of pizza is his favorite dish, and proceeds to eat the plate rather than the actual slice. After witnessing some slime being flung onto the fridge from nearby, Ernie claims that the Slime Ghost is indeed nearby. Luigi, now with a slimy, glowing, half body, startles Mario and Ernie, and offers them a chance to arm wrestle his slimy arm before Mario say "uh-oh".
The Slime Ghost, having taken control of Luigi, tells Mario that he's his next target. Ernie prepares to blast Luigi with his proton gun, explaining that his shot will drive the Slime Ghost from Luigi's body, or else Slime Ghost turn him into a drooling, moronic zombie forever. Ernie fires his gun at Luigi, who attempts to deflect it with a pizza pan. After a flash of light, the Slime Ghost has disappeared, and Luigi appears to be back to normal.
Ernie asks Luigi if he's okay, and he responds, saying the good news is that he's no longer a drooling, moronic zombie. Mario tells Luigi that he can say that again, and he does. Ernie asks Luigi what the bad news is, and Luigi points to the now dented pizza pan, stating that they'll need to buy a new one. Suddenly, the pizza pan starts to glow green. From it, the Slime Ghost's voice tells Ernie that he surrenders, and asks to be taken away from Mario and Luigi, whom he refers to as "two Goombas". Upon hearing this remark, Mario and Ernie laugh.
Meanwhile, in the Underworld, Ganon punishes the Moblins and concludes that if he wants the Triforce of Wisdom, he will have to get it himself. The Legend of Zelda: Cold Spells - It is the first day of spring in Hyrule, and while Link hopes to use the fair weather as an excuse to get romantic with Princess Zelda, she insists that it is time for spring cleaning. She hands him and mop and tells him to get to work. Link is annoyed by this, and pretends to have a cold in order to get out of spring cleaning. Spryte takes pity on him when he pretends to be sick and tells him to rest.
Meanwhile, a Moby attacks while Zelda is inspecting Link's messy room. She shoves its nose into Link's pile of dirty laundry and it is so disgusted by the smell that it flies away.Link arrives and tries to steal a kiss from Zelda again as she is resting on his bed, while Spryte tries to convince Zelda that he is sick and needs rest. Even though she thinks that Link's illness is not genuine, she relents and allows him to stay in bed.The Moby overhears this and brings the news back to Ganon that Link is sick and that the castle is spring cleaning. Ganon summons a Lowder from the Evil Jar to take him to the castle so that he can steal the Triforce of Wisdom while Link is incapacitated. He spies Spryte inside North Castle trying to do Link's work and casts a spell on her. The spell gives Spryte extra energy so that she will be hyperactive and act as a distraction while Ganon steals the Triforce.
Spryte goes to see Link and brings him an orange to help him feel better, but Link throws it away after the fairy leaves and decides to keep playing sick until the cleaning is all done. Later, Zelda orders Spryte to make the bed, wash the floors, and dust. She attempts to use magic to do the chores, but the spell cast by Ganon causes her magic to go haywire and create chaos. The mops and buckets begin to attack Link, Zelda, and Spryte, so Zelda grabs Link's magic Bow and Boomerang and fights the cleaning supplies. When they are all defeated, the heroes are shocked to learn that Ganon had stolen the Triforce in the confusion.
Giving swift chase, they follow Ganon deep into the Underworld, with Spryte following right behind them since she feels guilty for the recent events. They stumble upon a trap door and land right into a glass container which cannot be destroyed by Link's sword beams. He releases a Gohma to eat the heroes, but Spryte arrives in time and shoots a powerful bolt of energy at the Gohma, allowing Link to escape. Ganon then shoots fire at Link, which the young hero evades just in time and causes the fire to hit Gohma instead, instantly defeating it. After Spryte frees Zelda by using her magic to destroy the container, the princess fires an arrow from her bow at Ganon, who in his attempt to shoot her with his magic, accidentally hits the ceiling of the underworld. This causes Ganon's lair to begin to collapse, and although Zelda tries to grab the Triforce of Power as well before escaping, Link tells her there is no time and is able to get Zelda with the Triforce of Wisdom out of the Underworld. Back at North Castle, Zelda reminds Link that it is still spring cleaning time, and he along with Spryte try to fake a cold. This time, however, Zelda does not give in to their excuse.
Magic's Magic - In Mario Brothers Plumbing, Luigi and Edison are playing a two-on-one game of basketball against Mario. As Luigi tries to pass the ball to Edison, Mario blocks him. While Luigi keeps Mario busy by taunting him with the ball, Edison moves over to the fuse box, where a net has been set up. Luigi quickly passes the ball to Edison before Mario can react, and Edison makes a slam dunk. With that, the game ends, and Edison returns to his manhole.
Luigi then asks Mario when Magic Johnson is going to show up, as he cannot wait to play a game of basketball with him. Just then, Mario and Luigi hear some thumping, followed by Magic Johnson's own voice, which leads them over to the medicine cabinet. Luigi opens the cabinet and sees Magic standing behind the wall. After greeting Magic, the basketball player tells them that he is glad that they are going to let him practice.
However, Magic quickly turns Mario's plans upside-down by telling them that he wants to practice magic tricks, because he has always wanted to be a magician. Magic then gets Luigi to place his basketball down on the table, and he says the magic words; "Hocus pocus. Now you see it, now you don't." With that, the basketball vanishes. Luigi asks Magic where the ball went, and Magic explains that he does not know, which has always posed a problem for him. Suddenly, the basketball goes flying into Luigi's side, and Luigi tells Mario to keep their bowling ball away from Magic.
Later on, Luigi has bandages wrapped around his head, and Magic apologizes to Luigi about the bowling ball. Mario says that they just need to practice some more magic, and Magic asks Luigi to pull a rabbit out of a top hat for his next trick. Luigi agrees, waves a wand over the hat while saying some magic words, and succeeds in pulling a rabbit out of the hat. Luigi remarks that trick worked fine, because he feared that something would go wrong. However, Luigi spoke too soon, as the rabbit starts pulling Luigi down into the hat. Mario then makes a remark about a new trick; a rabbit pulling a magician into the hat.
Soon only Luigi's leg is sticking out of the hat, and Mario is struggling to pull it out. However, he loses the fight, and soon Luigi has completely vanished into the hat. Magic comments that the trick was too dangerous, and tries to bring Luigi back by saying some magic words, but none of them work. Magic asks Mario if he knows that magic word, and Mario shouts "PLEASE!".
Just then, Luigi appears in the medicine cabinet, screaming for Mario. When Mario goes over to see, Luigi claims to have been in a strange place full of basketballs and nursing shoes. Luigi is then interrupted by Magic, who is trying to push him aside in the rather cramped medicine cabinet.
Mario then answers the phone, and gets a message for Magic, saying that he has to make it for a basketball game. Magic tells Mario and Luigi that he needs to go, and says goodbye. Luigi, who somehow got out of the medicine cabinet, tells Magic that they'll see him soon, but Magic demands that he and Mario need to buy a bigger medicine cabinet first. Luigi then begins to tell Mario about what he saw inside the hat, including a big bunny.
