This is Sunny Deol's and Sanjay Dutt's first movie together and after this they worked on another flop Yodha and their last film wasn't a hit nor a flop. I have reviewed Yodha and if you see it, you will see me stating its bad but actually it wasn't as bad as this film which made no absolute sense except a few scenes. The start is good and the girl kidnappings and killings is well shown which clearly gives the reason for the movie to be rating A. Then the parents meet an end as the police father is sent to prison and the mother gets stabbed by the villain while trying to save one minor girl. Then our hero's get orphaned till they movie to a village and get adopted by some guy and love the person's daughter as if she was their own sister. Until here, the movie is like a typical action film start and injustices shown with some emotions well executed but the problem starts after this. The tedious and lame comedy shown by the small villain who Paresh Rawal demonstrates and the silliest thing ever is he has a white horse who he loves. Our hero's come to Bombay only in search for the man who killed their family and their first step is Paresh Rawal who is supposed to betray them but after the hero's kill his horse he agrees to help them? How stupid is that, for the worse, Jagdeep is the thrown in for more lame comedy and nonsense. Plus, the forced song of Bachchan is thrown in and then Sunny goes to jail for fighting some random guys who tried to attack them. Then, the best scene comes when the burning rage in Deol's mind makes his powerful performance in jail and he accidentally harms his brother in law? Though this sounds silly, Deol's acting creates an impact. Then, the stupidest thing is how is Sunny suddenly made a cop? Many more stupid things happen and Dutt's heroine dies and the jailed father comes back to see the children but is misunderstood by Sanjay Dutt who is now a don? How clichéd can a film be? The villain is spotted and before the dad dies after being shot by the villain, the best scene comes when both brothers hold hands and team up to kill the bad people. The ending is good and this is how a film should end but sadly Dutt dies and the film ends with Dutt in Deol's arms. Overall, the film is pretty bad but the ending and the jail scenes are the only goods. The music is good, Bombay Bombay and the Bachchan song is good. Acting is ordinary and this was Deol's average days before his Ghayal which was the turning point of his career. Even Dutt isn't good, his Kabzaa was much better. Overall, a pretty bad movie.
