When Col. McQuade gets in the helicopter after the botched test run, he gets in on the right side and straps in. When he gets out, he opens the door and gets out of the left side. He would not have switched places in the chopper while in flight, especially since the right side has no door.
When Eve VIII gets angry at Cal for calling her a "bitch", she bites off his penis in retaliation. However when Cal's friends rush into the room, there is no blood on Eve's mouth or clothing nor any blood gushing from Cal.
The steering wheel airbag that deploys in the BMW remains completely inflated after deployment, interfering with the driver's ability to steer. Air bags begin to deflate through built-in openings within 1/10th of a second or less after deployment, as they are designed to cushion an impact by decelerating a head and torso.
The steering wheel air bag that deploys in the black BMW is orange. All BMW air bags are a silvery white or white color, none are orange.
When Eve hits the rear end of the black BMW on the highway, the driver is shown being thrown forward towards the steering wheel. When a car is struck from behind, a body in the car is forced backwards, not forwards, as the vehicle is actually accelerating. This happens every time she hits the car.
There is a scene that shows the two main characters as passengers in an SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance jet. The plane is equipped with only two seats - the pilot and the navigator. There is no space at all for passengers.
When Eve hits the black BMW in the rear end on the highway, the steering wheel airbag deploys. This cannot occur, as the sensors for that air bag are in or behind the front bumper. Since being struck in the rear end makes a body move backwards, forcing them towards the seat, the deployment of a steering wheel airbag would be pointless, and would render it useless if the vehicle was then pushed into something in front of it.
Eve fires far too many bullets from her Uzi without reloading. Also, it is stated that she purchased 200 rounds of ammunition, and she fires more than that in her various rampages.
The public and police are told that the robot (Eve Eight) is an armed terrorist. Yet, when several cops come to arrest her, their weapons are not drawn, they are closely spaced, and they are out in the open rather than under cover.
General Curtis (Michael Greene) wears his cover (hat) indoors, and he has long hair and thick sideburns, all clear violations of US Army regulations. They stipulate that "soldiers will not wear headgear indoors, unless under arms in an official capacity, or when directed by the commander, such as for indoor ceremonial activities.... When the hair is combed, it will not fall over the ears... The length of the individual hairs of the sideburn will not exceed 1/8 inch when fully extended."
Near the beginning of the film, we see the exterior of a gun shop. On the concrete wall outside, the shop advertises "Guns whollsale" (sic), not "wholesale".
