In the UK, both children's television programming blocks were broadcast on BBC One and ITV weekdays from late afternoon to early evening. It is not clear if this is in fact an error or if Sally was just tired at that time of the early evening, however it seems unusual that she would announce that she was going to bed at this time.
When Stephen looks at the package delivered by his secretary it is addressed to Mr Stephen Fleming, but it should be Dr Stephen Fleming since he is a medical doctor.
