When Frodo runs up to the edge of the grassy knoll to tell Gandalf he's late, it's obvious he's a good few feet away from the wagon once it's stopped. After Gandalf is done talking and it goes to the shot where Frodo leaps into his arms, the wagon is standing right next to the grassy knoll, much closer than it was in the previous shot.
After the end credits, the DVD and Blu Ray editions of the extended cut feature a list of "Lord of the Rings fan-club members" who contributed financially to the project in exchange for a credit. This additional credit sequence lasts 20 minutes.
