This is about the second time I've watched this...maybe slow moving, but a very touching story of the hardships experienced in the early 20th century Nova Scotia coal mines...you can't help but adore little Willy, and his bond with a wild pit pony put to work in the mine. I dunno where they found that pony, but you just hafta love her...be ready to shed a few tears during the ending...
