Just before the 'Dodge' scene where he avoids agent Jone's bullets, Neo accurately empties two Beretta 9mm clips (24+ shots). As these bullets are all dodged by the agent, they head straight for the office building behind him, no further than 50 meters away and entirely covered with glass windows. Yet, when in turn agent Jones draws his weapon and fires it at Neo, not a single window that can be seen behind him seems to be damaged.
At the end of all the credits, the URL for the (now defunct) website of the film is given, www.whatisthematrix.com, along with a password, 'steak'. There's a 'secret' link on the page that requests a password.
