Nick Cannon doesn’t care about trendy terms.
At the Thursday premiere of Febreze’s newest Super Bowl commercial in N.Y.C., Cannon opened up about raising his twins Moroccan Scott and Monroe, 6½, with ex Mariah Carey and how the twins are bonding with Cannon’s younger son Golden, who turns 1 next month.
Despite ending things in 2014, Cannon and Carey remain focused on spending time together as a family and have frequently been spotted on outings together. However, Cannon says he doesn’t like to use the term “co-parenting.”

Dream girl Hema Malini has never been in a happier space. The road accident in which she was recently involved and which left one dead is now in the past. The scars are all gone.
Hema is now busy playing the doting Naani to her younger daughter Ahana's newly born son.
Brimming over with motherly pride Hema Malini says, "The little gentleman is very handsome, I must say. He is the first baby in our family after so many years. I had forgotten how to hold a baby. I am sure he's going to grow up to be one helluva looker."
Hema is also filled with pride about her elder daughter Esha's triumph. "She went and did a Kannada film Care Of Footpath 2. I didn't even know when she found the time from all her domestic responsibilities. I guess we Deols are multi-taskers."
Now the Esha starrer will go to Oscars as a 'lateral contender.

The shock of the road accident that left Bollywood's 'Dream Girl' Hema Malini injured and shaken has also become a source of great enjoyment for trolls. Hemaji is shocked to know that people are actually having fun at the expense of the tragedy. Says a source close to the MP-actress, "Hemaji is a very strong woman. But she is shaken by the way she is being portrayed as an offender who allowed the little girl in the accident to go medically unattended. When the accident happened, she wasn't even aware of what was happening and where she was being taken." Now back in Mumbai with her family, Hema's wounds are healing. "The injuries on the face will heal completely in two weeks. There's unlikely to be any permanent scars. But the scars of public admonishment and ridicule would never heal," says a close family friend, who adds, "She is with her family,...

Hema Malini's birthday this year would be a quiet affair...and deliberately so. "I was supposed to be in my constituency Mathura. But it's impossible for me to travel right now. So this birthday is being spent with family in Mumbai, and that means Esha and her husband Bharat. My younger daughter Ahana was supposed to join me in Mathura from Delhi where she lives. And Dharamji is in New Zealand to attend a function. So he is not here with me this birthday." Says Hemaji, "I've been traveling incessantly. At the beginning of October I was shooting for Ramesh Sippy's Shimla Mirch for two days. Then on the 3rd I had to rush to Kanpur for a function. The organizers were kind enough to arrange a private jet," says Hemaji whose life so far has been a dream come true. "From Delhi I flew straight to Mumbai in time for Karva Chauth.

Normally I wouldn't have said yes, given my grueling schedules in parliament and my obligations in my constituency. But this film is not the usual run-of-the-mill stuff." Hemaji says she loved the script. "It's light-hearted comedy with a very unusual role for me. I am sure it will turn out to be something very special. Today is a big day for the ever-beautiful Hema Malini. She turns a year older. 65, if we must know.
"Incredible how time flies, no? It seems like just yesterday when my daughters Esha and Ahana were born. Now they are all grown up and with life companions... But I must say I am very lucky with my sons-in-law," Hema exults with an inner happiness.
Interestingly, the younger daughter Ahana is yet to be married to her fiance.
"So what?" counters the birthday girl. "My younger daughter's life companion is as good as my son-in-law. I must say I've been very lucky in finding the right partners for my daughters."
Hemaji brings in her birthday with just the family. "That's the way I like it. This year it's Esha, Ahana and my two sons-in-law. Dharamji is shooting in Chandigarh. But he said he'd try to be here in Mumbai in time for my birthday.

Bollywood came together to ring in Sridevi’s 50th birthday in style at Amar Singh’s bash for the actress. Although a lot of the A-listers were missing on the red carpet, the event saw its fair share of rare faces. More importantly the red carpet saw its fair share of good and bad outfits.
Sridevi & Jhanvi Kapoor
Ditching the sarees the birthday girl went for a Prabal Gurung midi dress. Definitely a good call seeing as the event was hardly an occasion for her usual Sabyasachis and Manish Malhotras. The outfit worked great as did the hair but definitely not feeling the makeup.
The younger Kapoor, who has been stealing lime light in fashion columns, definitely fared much better than mum. Not only was it a great choice of outfit but brilliant minimalistic styling.
Verdict:
Sridevi: Hot (minus the makeup)
Jhanvi: Hot

Top 10 Mark Harrison Dec 19, 2012
As ever, some spectacular performances were overlooked in this year's rush of movie releases. Here's Mark's pick of the most underrated...
With the awards season gearing up for the big, corpulent, back-slapping ceremonies throughout January and February, we're hurtling towards the end of another cinematic year with the usual sense of anticipation and predictability.
With Daniel Day Lewis' version of President Lincoln touted for acting plaudits, and every other Best Supporting Actress candidate preparing their best loser faces for when Les Miserables' Anne Hathaway scoops every gong going, there's little regard for the great performances in lesser-seen films, or genre cinema. And so, as I did in the previous two years, I've formulated a list of the performances that nobody is talking about in relation to the awards season.
I've tried to pick out turns that either went unnoticed in most reviews, or simply should have gotten more praise,...

New Delhi, July 12: Grandfather Pramod Chakravorty produced "Love In Tokyo" and now Prateek Chakravorty revives the family banner with "From Sydney With Love". He hopes to bring the banner back in the reckoning by making sensible films rather following any trend.

Prateek says "he wants to follow the principles of making sensible films".

Mumbai, Nov 14: "Dream Girl" was a song of a film of Hema Malini which was released in 1977. The film's name was also "Dream Girl". The younger daughter of Hema Malini is Ahana Deol. Ahana is going to be debuted in 2012. Promotion are made to make a way for the star in question. Ahana is a shy girl. She decided to enter Bollywood only because of her elder sister Esha Deol.
She will have to remain aloof from media, public and silver screen unless she is ready for her debut release. She will have to shun her shyness if she wants to enter Bollywood. The promotions of the film" Tell Me O Kkhuda" will take place in the absence of Ahana.

Tell Me Oh Kkhuda is what our Dream Girl, Hema Malini was thinking when she decided to make this film. Was it a comeback vehicle for beti, Esha Deol? Was it to give a second chance for her directional skills? Or was it the thought that the story needed telling…again? We will try not to look at her previous directorial Dil Aashna Hai that has pretty much the same story [Dah has the lead looking for her birth mother, Tmok has Esha looking for her dad] since Tmok has very little for the audience to be interested in, let alone excited about. And that too beyond the cast which include Vinod Khanna, Rishi Kapoor and Dharmendra as the potential fathers, and Johnny Lever as the main and possibly only comic relief.
Yet, we are going through a phase in cinema where remakes and reused stories are running at every second theatre screen so we will excuse the rehashing of the story and its resemblance to Mamma Mia.

Veteran actress Hema Malini has said that Sholay should never be remade. Malini played a lead role as Basanti in the classic '70s film directed by Ramesh Sippy. Speaking to The Times of India, the actress said: "I'm okay with every other remake except Sholay. Sholay can't and should never be remade. It is a classic, just like Mughal-e-Azam. The magic which the movie created at that time cannot be repeated." The Dream Girl star explained that the script could not be successfully adapted to a modern day setting: "Who will believe a village setting with dakus running around, destroying villages? And which girl would now like to wear a ghagra (more)...
