Meanwhile, rumors about All Stars 5 recently dropped, suggesting a significant change in the cast.
With those rumors came an insider posting the names of four people from past seasons of The Challenge.
A few have also appeared on MTV’s competition series quite recently, but they have no desire to participate right now.

Cara Maria Sorbello said she thought two of her castmates on The Challenge: All Stars 4 would reunite due to their shared “hatred” of her.
Viewers last saw Cara with her boyfriend, Paulie Calafiore, on War of the Worlds 2, but they didn’t appear in any seasons after that on MTV.
After several seasons away, the two-time champion of MTV’s competition series returned for the spinoff, All Stars 4, joining a cast that included friends Leroy Garrett and Kam Williams but also foes like Laurel Stucky.
Cara and Laurel butted heads during previous MTV seasons but also were friends at one point. However, it wasn’t clear where they stood going into the spinoff.
Along with Laurel in All Stars 4, Nicole Zanatta, her ex-girlfriend, returned to the show after an unsuccessful Double Agents season on MTV.

Cara Maria Sorbello made her highly-anticipated return for a season of The Challenge with the recent premiere of All Stars 4.
While she previously appeared on The Challenge: Battle For a New Champion on MTV, Cara hadn’t done a full season since War of the Worlds 2 in 2019.
That season, she participated in a major alliance that her boyfriend Paulie Calafiore set up with other players from Team UK.
It led to plenty of chaos and potential grudges from other cast members, and the duo wasn’t seen back on The Challenge until this year’s USA 2 and All Stars 4 spin-offs.
Paulie was the first to return on USA 2 and buried the hatchet with their rival Johnny Bananas. Cara showed up for MTV’s Season 39 as a mercenary – filmed after she’d completed filming for All Stars 4.

Fan-favorite power couple Leroy Garrett and Kam Williams officially returned to The Challenge as part of the All Stars 4 spin-off.
The popular duo, now parents to two children, last appeared together in MTV’s Double Agents season.
Ahead of that season, Leroy announced it would be his last one, and he revealed it was due to the lack of involvement production had during his castmate’s racist tirade toward him on The Challenge Season 30.
While away from the show, he focused on his barber business, his relationship with Kam, and building their family.
However, The Challenge came calling again with the Paramount+ spinoff show, and Leroy accepted the call.
He credited Kam for talking him into it because of how things have changed with everyone involved in the competition series.

Since the beginning, The Challenge: All Stars has been giving all-new meaning to the term “veterans.” Whereas The Challenge proper and other spinoffs like The Challenge: U.S.A. have been busy introducing fresh blood into the franchise, All Stars gives some of the longer-in-the-tooth Challengers a place to shine. This season, which premieres on April 10 on Paramount+, there are some serious blasts from the past in play, including a few folks even the most dedicated Challenge fan might’ve forgotten. The vastness of the generational variety in Season 4 brings with it a few ages-old alliances that put certain folks in peak positions right from the start. On the other hand, there are also some more recent folks who are already good enough to count as an “All Star,” and that’s a wholly different kind of advantage. TV Insider caught up with a few of the returning stars from The Challenge:...

When MTV put The Challenge on their airwaves back in 1998, the idea was to assemble a group of former Real World and Road Rules cast members and pit them against each other for a cash prize. Nobody could have predicted the show would be going strong over a quarter century later with more than 500 episodes across 39 seasons, spinoffs shooting all over the globe, and a rabid fan base that obsesses over every detail of it on social media, web forums, podcasts, and even live Challenge Mania events where fans gather together to meet cast members.

The Challenge finalist Jay Starrett debuted a new look, which some fans seem to love and others criticized.
When he appeared on Season 39 of MTV’s competition series Battle For a New Champion, the former Survivor star received plenty of backlash.
That was due to his connection to an alliance orchestrated mostly by his friend Michele Fitzgerald that included many cast members as part of the arrangement.
However, Jay didn’t protect his friend Nurys Mateo late in the game, leading to multiple elimination appearances for Nurys before she could advance to the final.
That led to a falling out between Nurys and Jay, as well as tea spilled during the Season 39 reunion about Jay and their castmate Olivia Kaiser.
Castmates claimed the Season 39 stars had a makeout session on a bus ride despite Jay having a girlfriend off the show.

The Challenge stars Wes Bergmann and Theresa Jones are two MTV OGs many fans would love to see return for another installment of the competition series.
Based on recent remarks, they are doubling down on their retirement talk and turning down opportunities to appear on MTV’s show.
Viewers last saw Theresa in the Double Agents season as she teamed up with Jay Starrett.
Wes last appeared on The Challenge: USA 2 as one of the six MTV stars competing against CBS reality TV icons.
With Wes set to appear in the House of Villains 2 cast soon, some fans may have wondered if that had anything to do with his retirement from The Challenge.
With Season 40 filming underway, he set the record straight, suggesting that he has no further intention of appearing on MTV’s version of the show. However, he left the door open for something related to The Challenge.

Recently, Amazon Prime introduced a new series that promises to be full of laughs, drama, and adventures. In The Goat, previous relative stars from multiple shows will compete for the title of “Greatest Of All Time Reality TV Star.”
Goat Coming To Prime
Markedly, Prime Video is bringing a new series that will crown The Goat Reality TV star. Notably, it looks like the crossover that reality TV has been missing. Coupled with challenges and alliances, the host Daniel Tosh jokes the contestants will have to put their “strength and lack of life skills” to the test to face off for the title. Undeniably, the show is packed with a reality star-studded cast from The Bachelor, Love Is Blind, Big Brother, Real Housewives, and many more popular shows. Each of the fourteen contestants will compete to be named the best reality star and of course, walk away with a $200,000 prize.

According to Moriah Jadea, Johnny Bananas, her ex-showmance from The Challenge, continues talking about her months after their off-show situation ended.
The two were castmates on Ride or Dies, where they struck up a showmance and enjoyed time together that season.
They continued to hang out after that season ended, and Bananas even appeared in a promo video spotlighting Moriah’s call to tell her she was on Season 39. However, they never officially became boyfriend and girlfriend.
When Moriah showed up for Season 39, aka Battle For a New Champion, she found a new love interest, The Challenge: UK’s James Lock.
That led to some interesting comments from Moriah about not wanting to hurt or embarrass Bananas. While he wasn’t physically part of the show, he was still in a storyline and mentioned through other castmates’ remarks.

She joined the family, which includes their son, Anthony Michael, and daughter, Liliana Marie, who was born in 2022.
Zach, who now hosts a podcast focused on The Challenge and other reality TV shows, has even brought his son Anthony into the studio while recording for the episodes.

Laurel Stucky is among The Challenge greats thanks to her intimidating athletic ability to win daily challenges and most eliminations she participates in.
