Multi-millionaire businessman Thakur throws his wife and young son out of his mansion and re-marries a younger woman. Meanwhile his workers headed by Kalicharan demand an increment in their salaries which is unacceptable to the Thakur so he put forwards to bribe Kalicharan with huge sums of cash but Kalicharan refuses thus Thakur instructs a stalker to kill Kalicharan which is carried out successfully after which one of Kalicharan's son, Karan follows the assailant and knife him to death making good his escape during which he is separated from his mother and a brother named Shiva. The Thakur's second wife then passes away not after giving birth to a baby girl named Nisha. Years passed by with the Thakur hoping to get his daughter marry to his business partner's son, Ranjeet Ranvir Singh but she refuses as she is in love with Shiva. Time catches up with the Thakur when Kalicharan's sons Shiva and Karan gets united and together with their widowed mother demand revenge and to worsen matters Thakur's estranged wife and his now grown up son, Iqbal are now closing in on him.—gavin (racktoo@hotmail.com)

Tired of his older wife and son, the Thakur re-marries a much younger woman, and throws his wife and son out of his palatial house. His employees, led by Kalicharan, go on a strike, demanding higher pay and benefits, which are unacceptable to the Thakur. He invites Kalicharan to meet with him, offers him money, and when Kalicharan refuses, he has him killed. His second wife gives birth to a baby girl, Nisha, and passes away. Years later, his past comes to haunt him when the sons of Kalicharan, Shiva and Karan, along with their widowed mother seek revenge against him. To make matters worse, Nisha refuses to marry Ranjeet Ranvir Singh, the man Thakur has chosen for her, for she loves Shiva; and the ultimate showdown between the Thakur and his now grown son, Iqbal, and his first wife.
