(at around 1h 5 mins) The character Nigel, who appears in this film, and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007), does not appear in the books at all. Given his short stature, and apparent idolizing of Harry, it seems likely that he is meant to act as a substitute for Colin Creevey (from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002)... ...
(at around 57 mins) In the tent where the champions are preparing for the first task, Karkaroff and Krum look around and stand up slowly when the cannon is fired. In the very next shot, they are standing up and away from the center of the shot.
In the end credits, it says that "No Dragons Were Harmed in the Making of this Movie."
