A mob mix-up in Chicago sends two chanteuses screaming for L.A., where they score a perfect gig: posing as drag queens on the dinner theater/cabaret circuit. Things get extra-weird when a guy falls for one of the girls.
Boris McGiver, who plays Tibor, goes around searching for the girls in almost every dinner theater in the country and seems to always be catching a production of "Mame", is the son of John McGiver, who plays Mr. Babcock in Mame (1974).
We're girls pretending to be guys pretending to be girls!
When they are doing the Evita number, the positions of their arms repeatedly change between shots.
