When USSR was not so far away, Iron Curtain fell down. Among artifacts of the Far-Far West such as Big Macs, a lot of foreign soap operas came to TV screens. La Revancha was one of them. I don't remember the plot fully, but the main thing is: There two sisters, whose father was killed by a local villain, Maldonado. After dad's death sisters were separated. One of them became rich, other stayed simple country girl. The only thing that remained from the past are two medallions, which each sister wore from the very childhood. The opera is doomed for the happy ending, which is not a spoiler at all :) But there is some drama in the last series, some mafia shootings...
