I used to watch Rotten Ralph when I was a kid. It was shown on the BBC as a part of their children's block CBBC, Paramount Global (formerly known as ViacomCBS) - owned Nickelodeon UK and Ireland and RTÉ 2 in the 2000s. I thought I found it very enjoyable and funny.
It's about a mischievous red feline named Ralph who plays mean, practical jokes and pranks on his human family. His mischiefs have been driving his father mad and he cannot stand Ralph's behaviour. Ralph is also very naughty indeed. He gets into a lot of trouble at all times.
I've heard this British-Canadian-American TV is based on children's book series by by Jack Gantos and illustrated by Nicole Rube. Gosh I thought I did not know that.
