The Yellowjacket armor is based on the G.I. Ant-Man armor from the "Irredeemable Ant-Man" comic. The suit's helmet also incorporates the facial features of Hank Pym's villainous robot Ultron.

When you shrink someone by "reducing the space between atoms", you don't reduce his weight. He should be very dense with a human weight so an ant should not be able to support him on its back.
SPOILER: There is a scene at the end of the closing credits: Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson have Bucky Barnes in their custody, and debate on what to do. This leads into Captain America: Civil War (2016).
