Elaine Giftos (second of two) returns as Laura Kiergo, no longer searching for the right man to father her child, thanking both Wojo and Dietrich for their kindness before bidding adieu...to Levitt! Inspector Luger finds himself reduced to a 'lousy stinking Captain,' working at the 12th under a 'former underling!' He and Levitt bring back a holdup man (Leonard Frey, second of two) who claims he needed the money to finance his presidential campaign! (his slogan is 'Arthur Royce, the people's candidate').
