Well, the Duke boys are officially back to runnin' shine. Or not. Or maybe. 'High Octane' piles on the reversals and double-crosses as the clan enters an EPA contest on alternative fuel, which gains the interest of both Boss Hogg and a fetching ATF agent. This thing runs on down-home charm (as well as the ol' shuck-n-jive) and it's probably the most fun I've had thus far watching Bo and Luke give pull one over on the law. To top it off, we finally see Luke take the wheel of the General for once. I guess I've never really gotten why Luke never drives.
