Again, lots of focus on Bobby as his health deteriorates. It is obvious he hasn't long and is third on the transplant list. The detectives are sent to an apartment where a 75 year old lady has been hacked to pieces. We learn of some pretty ugly stuff. We also are privy to a young police widow's choice to give up her dead husband's heart.
