  • Postman Joseph Libbert is found dead at his home, stabbed in the back, and surrounded by Nazi memorabilia. Kingdom and Ward investigate, once again the pair clash.

Don Houghton, what an absolutely brilliant writer, his name in the credits have me real hope for a good episode, my expectations were high, I was not disappointed.

Firstly, I am finding the relationship between Kingdom and Ward so interesting, so different from pretty much all other shows, the pair clash, seen to disagree on everything, and right now seem to have little trust in one another.

It's 1972, so the second world war is still very fresh for many, this is a very powerful, emotive storyline, you can understand the hatred that would have existed.

Once again, well acted, with an array of well known faces, John Woodvine continues to impress.

    Excellent 9/10.
