Part 2 of the Hogans' vacation in Paris has Sandy getting goosed by an old man after she stops to ask him for directions. Then she and Mrs. Poole are involved in a foot chase, pursued by two sketchy guys Mrs. Poole shows off her karate skills on one of them and that puts and end to that.
Mark and Willie perv on a topless bathing beauty through pay-as-you-watch binoculars for tourists -- until they run out of coins.
David and Princess Julia are also chased and end up hiding under blankets in a parked van. Alexandra Powers (Julia) resembles "Live to Tell" era Madonna here and could have played her in a biopic.
Episode plays like a lame TV movie and isn't as enjoyable as the regular series episodes.
