Though there are fleeting moments of style here, this neo-noir in XXX clothing has the porn content overwhelming the sort of attempt at storytelling. Cameraman/director Chris Streams is obviously more comfortable in the gonzo format.

The busty star Angelica Sin is along as a pal of Amber's, while Savage's pretty blonde daughter Tawny Roberts blows the whistle on the bad girls.
Definitely a B-level porn feature from Metro, a studio that made many a blockbuster during this VHS-transition-to-DVD period.
