  • I'm just writing this review to say that this show is better than the other reviews and ratings would have you believe. Sure, in the beginning it starts off as a typical isekai type anime harem thing, but it's not actually a harem because they're all just friends and the main character has brain trauma. Everyone seems to think that's a bad thing, too, but I think the way he emotes with his body instead of his words actually adds to his charm! The animation is actually really impressive too, way better than your typical cash grab isekai anime. It seems like the animators actually put passion into making this project. The ending also answers enough questions to leave me satisfied but leaves more than enough to make me look forward to season 2. This is not to say that this anime is the best ever or that everyone will like it, but by the end it turns into something genuinely interesting and fun, even if the first part of the series doesn't give that impression at all.
  • Despite this work is well produced in terms of scenes you don't highly expect storyline in this anime cuz it's born for advertising games
  • This is one of the few video-game anime adaptations that has actually blown me away - especially it's second season, which is fully worth getting through season one for. Gorgeous visuals, fun characters, great comedy, amazing action, and a very intriguing story.

The sole reason I didn't give it a 10/10 is thanks to the occasional semi-filler episodes, which don't tend to add much to the series besides promoting characters from the games - however, I feel that season 2 manages to handle these episodes far better than the first season, which felt a little sluggish at times.

I'm surprised this is so low rated, it definitely deserves at least a 7.5 in my opinion. Great story, animation, characters, mystery, fights, and emotion has made the second season one of my most anticipated shows to watch each week this season. A must-watch for those who enjoy the slice-of-life aspects of shows like Konosuba (same director, similar vibe but more wholesome).
  • If you have seen KonoSuba, you've seen an Isekai gone wonky. It's strange plot is so bizarre it just leaves you speechless and then giggling to death. However, Princess Connect is not that. Yes, it's like KonoSuba, but it gives off cozy vibes. It's like the icing on a cake. It's sweet, delicious, and most of all, its tasty. Princess Connect is everything KonoSuba isn't, but also so much more. It's an Isekai but primarily a slice of life, and that's all the good stuff there is to it. Go check it out! It's worth your time!
  • Warning: Spoilers
Well what can I say from this anime is that if you love a chill, comedy and a anime with great characters then Princess Connect is an anime I recommend to any and everyone, as it's based off the game it is completely different to the story in the game but you will see some resemblance or some references from events in the video game and basically it's about a guild called Gourmet Guild with Karyl, Pecorine, Kokkoro and Yuuki adventuring and fighting monsters but also to understand Pecorine and why she wants to fight back to claim her throne and kingdom, there are moments which are emotional so prepare your tissues if you watch it and not only to understand Pecorine more but also about how close her friends are and you will love the last scenes when Pecorine fights Mana Senri, there will be tears, joy and excitement.

    10/10
    Eh
This is only 10 because Karyl 😐 Overall, it's very boring, I don't feel as if there is a plot. It is definitely aimed at the younger audience, but even so, it's quite rubbish.
