Not quite a ghost story, "Remodeled" is only a slight improvement on the Penthouse Video formula, thanks to an appealing cast and sincere Bud Lee direction.
Brooke Banner stars as a busty blonde beauty who is still mourning her husband, two months after he died in a car crash. As the ghostly figure, Van Damage still haunts her dreams, including sex dreams.
She has a coffee klatch with three other ladies, who trade stories that lend themselves to illustration as the usual Penthouse flashback sex vignettes. One of these pairs lesbian lovers Jayme Langford and superstar Devon, while the others are more routine.
One glaring fault here is star Banner's very poor line readings, swallowing her words and speaking in seeming sotto voce fashion for no reason. But it adds up to a light diversion, hardly up there with Bud's best fantasy films.
