Pirate Captain sets out on a mission to defeat his rivals Black Bellamy and Cutlass Liz for the Pirate of the year Award. The quest takes Captain and his crew from the shores of Blood Island to the foggy streets of Victorian London.

The setting of this film is 1837 and Queen Victoria's look includes a small crown, however in real-life she didn't use it until 1870, after the death of her husband, Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. The small crown was created so she could dress as a widow.
