Bridget lives by London Bridge station and Mark says he lives in Ealing. In one scene, Bridget leaves her flat and walks to Mark's house. This would be a walk of more than 10 miles.
There's a picture a the very end of the credits showing Bridget, the child, and the father of the child all wearing Christmas Jumpers.
