Seen the same storyline a dozen times before, nothing new. Also, the main lead is too smiley and cheerful for someone with a broken heart. Downright annoying. Actually, everyone is smiling all the time. Everything seems fake and nothing seems real. Loved the clothes, though. Hope to see more of the main lead's friend, who is a really fit lady for her age, and does a decent job of delivering even the cringeworthy dialogues.
  • I created an IMDb account just to write this review...it was that bad. The acting is terrible, despite having two well known actresses. The cinematography was awful, all the beyond cheesy slow mo's were embarrassing to watch. The script isn't great. But probably the worst thing is the music. The most awful, cringy music I've ever heard in a movie. Sorry but it's true. I could not stop watching because it was like watching a train wreck. The two stars are for the beautiful scenery of wherever they filmed this. Perhaps they spent the majority of the movie budget on location instead of everything else. I love cheesy, predictable Hallmark movies but oh my gosh this was so terrible!

    Warning: Spoilers
Cringe worthy! Feel for the male lead, I hope his career doesn't suffer from this flop! WTF is with all the weird smiling in slow motion and food fondling? Writing this as I watch and they're on a boat and they've been smiling in slow motion for a full 3 minutes - WHYYYYYYY???? Just don't and pick anything else!

This movie could be considered a Hallmark movie minus the makeout scene on the beach basically it's about 2 middle-aged women and a middle-aged man and the middle aged woman husband leaves her for a younger woman the middle-aged woman goes and stays with her aunt to rejuvenate and make herself feel better if she wasn't crying or she was meditating or sleeping or eating. So there really isn't much to say about this movie.
  • Created an account just so I could give this a horrible rating and save the next person the pain of watching this. I LOVE cheesy and predictable hallmark movies and thought that's what I was getting when i turned this on but the acting was truly so awful it made Hallmark movies seem like Oscar winners. It was so bad it seemed like they were actually trying to act poorly and the chemistry was zero. I had to turn it off because I felt such horrible secondhand embarrassment for the actors. The most cringe thing you will ever see - I've seen the actors in other stuff so I know they're capable but whatever happened when this movie was created was truly horrific.

    Hmm.
    Warning: Spoilers
Going to an island after having your heartbroken is one thing but finish what you start before starting something else. The story moved in too fast a pace for this "love" to be a thing. ONLY 10 DAYS?!?! I've seen leftovers last longer before it turned. So she was married for 10 years and in 10 days she supposedly mended a broken heart and fell in love with someone else. I just... I don't... what?! The lead male is very good looking but lusting after someone who is supposed to be an empty shell, come on! I don't think I have ever used this many exclamations in a brief review. Oh, and some of the songs chosen were not good.

The film itself is like a medicine. The location, and Fiona very well chosen. Real psychological information, deeply surprised by what a real healing after a broken heart looks like, how you find yourself and get out of the old patterns of thinking.
