7 | Plenty of great visuals and action but not much story.
This second G.I JOE film doesn't have much in terms of a well thought out plot but it does have some great visuals...
Hustle up guys. You've got to get that defector and get the hell out of there. No delays.
When General Joe opens one of his cabinets of weapons, there is a rifle with the scope on backwards.
