When Nick (Jesse Eisenberg) is talking to Kate (Dilshad Vadsaria) for the first time, it is mentioned that he doesn't have a Facebook account. Nick states that he is "off the grid". Eisenberg also played Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, in The Social Network (2010).
Nick: No, no, I'm 45 minutes late, which is, like 10 minutes early for me.
During the pen gun scene, while Chango (Michael Pena) has The Major (Fred Ward) at gunpoint, as the camera alternates between frontal and rear shots of Chango you can see his trigger finger switches between being on the trigger when seen from behind but outside the trigger guard and resting along the frame when seen from the front.
At the end of the credits, there is an ad for Dwayne's tanning/prostitution parlor, Major Tan.
