This is a uniquely modern story about love and coping with clinical depression. Jules Bruff's powerful performance is both heart-wrenching and ultimately inspiring. Alethea Root's thoughtful direction artistically complements this emotional roller-coaster.

Since the general public generally ignores "entertainment industry" stories this film didn't get the recognition it deserves. Had the main character's job been in most any other profession then this film would have topped famous critics' lists worldwide. So regardless of what you think about aspiring actresses, you should feel for the profound characters and their personal struggles. I strongly recommend "Part Time Fabulous" to anyone who has had their lives affected by these issues. It's a beautiful film.
