  • Dr. Lee is a treat! Wow! From Top member in Agents of Shield, she is on YS! The ending is hilarious, a mustwatch.

P.s. Young Sheldon is wearing way too much makeup. The thick red lipstick is a hoot!
  • Pretty sure that was Richard Thompson's "Shoot Out the Lights" guitar riff I heard in the background. I checked the credits but it wasn't listed (probably too short of a clip to require crediting it).

    Any one else hear it?

Inspired casting. This show is generally pretty cute and humorous, it's always worth watching. But Dr. Lee elevated this episode considerably. I highly recommend watching this one.
  • I'm pretty sure the backing guitar riff is a piece of the song "Rise" by Pantera. Another review was posting stating it could be "shoot out the lights" by Richard Thompson but in my opinion Rise fits a lot better and the pace matches better. It could also add to the fact of the shows setting being in Texas and Pantera is one of the biggest metal bands to come out of Texas. While it is completely unconfirmed (I will review the credits after posting) it makes more sense in my personal opinion. If anyone feels differently, feel free to comment why and what song you think it could possibly be. I'm curious of the others opinion on this.

This may be the worst Young Sheldon episode. Slow paced, 0 character development, nothing interesting happens. The acting isn't even good. Dr Lee is unnecessary and terrible and they make it more about the science than the actual show itself in the Linkletter vs Sturgis argument. Skip it, skip this one.

For a while now, they insert a feminist talking point here and there. Now it became really annoying. They are talking about how oppressing a bra is, how men assume they are secretaries instead of professors etc. The women with confidence and in charge and the men stupid and childish.

RIP Young Sheldon. They came for you.
