This is a really neat and enjoyable movie. Keir Gilchrist as precious kid genius Matty Hanson makes for a very likeable protagonist. Emily Hurst likewise exudes lots of charm as Alice, a sweet gal who Matty helps out. Director William Fruet keeps the entertaining story zipping along at a constant pace and maintains an engaging tone throughout. Moreover, there are sound supporting turns from Colin Ferguson as amiable ex-football player Cutter, Barbara Tyson as Matty's concerned mother Ellen, and Sara Botsford as the huffy Dr. Angelina Haas. Worth a watch.
