Mark tells Derek that Callie is pregnant, and that he is the father. Derek continues his alzheimer's research. Cristina is crying, but she was acting it. Callie is worried about the condition of her baby. Cristina is performing a surgery together with Teddy. Callie her baby is healthy. Derek performs Daniel his brain surgery. Lexie discovered that Mark is the father of Callie's baby, she is furious. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 7, a real shock for Lexie. Callie is pregnant and Mark is the father. Interesting to see if Lexie and Mark their relationship can be saved!
