The director of the 2007 hit Bheja Fry, Sagar Ballary, is livid with the way the producers Sahara Motion Pictures have marketed and released his latest film, Kaccha Limboo. Ballary now intends to take legal action against his producers for shoddy treatment of his film; he said that even his mother didn't know about the release of his film and that it was released almost apologetically. Sahara promised Ballary a 100 film prints and hoardings across the city, the director claimed that the posters were printed but weren't sent out for distribution and that audio CDs weren't sent on time as well. The legal advisors representing Ballary have already sent a legal notice to Sahara Motion Pictures. Seasoned actress Sarika, who started her career as a child artist in the late 1960s, says in over four decades there has been no marked improvement in the condition of young ones on movie sets and it can still be called 'child labour'. <p /><p>'Basic problems are still the same. It is said they have teachers coming on sets and proper time is given for homework, but nothing of that sort happens. It never used to happen then and things are still the same,' the 48-year-old, who is a mother of two daughters, told Ians in an interview. </p><p>'It's more glamourised now, but it can still be termed as child labour.
