Rosanna Pansino knows the key to a good party: sweets, sweets and more sweets.
When the star of YouTube’s Nerdy Nummies stopped by the People office for a Facebook Live video, she revealed her go-to theme for a get together. “I don’t know if this is corny. but I do cookie decorating parties and I do cake pop decorating parties,” she says. To make the activity even simpler, Pansino uses the melting pot from her new line of bakeware.
She suggests melting chocolate or different flavors of candy melts in the pot, setting out cookies, marshmallow rice cereal treats,...

Though he doesn’t appear to have aged a bit, today the Cookie Monster -- Sesame Street’s favorite sweets-craving Muppet -- is celebrating his 47th birthday. And he’s doing it with the help of one of YouTube’s foremost chefs.
In a video released yesterday by Rosanna Pansino, whose popular Nerdy Nummies series showcases geek-inspired baked goods, Pansino teaches the Cookie Monster how to make his favorite dessert. And then, on a healthier note on Sesame Street's YouTube channel, the two concoct a quick and healthy snack in the form of a deconstructed peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Rosanna Pansino will help one of the world’s biggest cake decorating companies up its online video strategy. The YouTube star has partnered with Wilton Enterprises to create branded baking tutorials throughout the rest of 2015.
The deal with Wilton means Pansino, who currently boasts over 3.4 million subscribers on her YouTube channel, will develop over a dozen tutorials for the 85-year-old cake decorating brand. Eric Erwin, Executive Vice President and Cmo of Wilton Brands, told Adweek the partnership will be the vehicle for moving Wilton’s long-standing, in-person cake decorating classes to the digital realm.
"Consumers who are not going to the store to seek inspiration, or picking up a book on how to make something, or watching a TV show for instruction, they are going to YouTube," Erwin said. "We want to reach consumers that may not know the Wilton brand in a highly visual and demonstrative way that's just...

The Muppets have a new movie coming, so their YouTube tour is in full effect. To help promote their film, Ms. Piggy and the Swedish Chef stopped by Rosanna Pansino's Nerdy Nummies cooking where, where they crafted some Muppets-themed treats. The two guests brought some celebrity firepower to Pansino's channel, which has more than 261 million views and nearly 1.5 million subscribers. Although the Swedish Chef's instruction were predictably unclear, the trio manages to make some nice looking sugar cookies. I know a friend of the Muppets who must be pretty bummed that he didn't get an invite to the cookie party. The Muppets also stopped by the BuzzFeed offices to film a video about interns, and they may pop up in a few other locations in advance of the release of Muppets Most Wanted, which arrives in theaters on March 21st. The Muppets' own YouTube channel is also very active...

Deca's Kin Community YouTube network has established itself as a worthwhile destination skewed towards young women. Now, thanks to a trio of new partnerships, it can count some YouTube Millionaires among its roster as well. Rosanna Pansino and Wayne Goss have joined Kin Community, as well as Pinterest star Joy Cho. “Kin Community feeds the passions of women by aligning with channels that are inspiring and entertaining” said Deca CEO Michael Wayne. “By partnering with top talent on YouTube, Kin Community will continue to curate high-quality content that is most meaningful to women.” Goss and Pansino have weirdly similar subscriber counts, with both sitting at exactly 1.265 million at the time of this post. Of the two, Pansino has probably been more visible, cooking up tasty treats on her Nerdy Nummies show and guest starring across YouTube.
