Why couldn't the woman lead role for once be the same age as the male lead role?? Is it because it would be too offensive to show a 55 year old woman on film? I didn't need this! I was hoping that for once I would see someone I could relate to, which almost never happens!! The creator of this is female on top of it all. It's a shame that you don't understand the effect it has on us, the way we are being made invisible, and "condemned" to be paired with much older men all the time in media. Please, please, we are waiting to be visible, and acknowlegde as women and sexual beings. In episode 2 the lead role tells her son that estrogen is what make a woman a woman, and therefore she uses estrogen gel, so she can still being a woman.. If these stereotypic roles and myths had been drooled, the series could have been quite fun.
